flyerDid you know loneliness and the lack of social connections is as damaging to health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day? Our team wants to ignite a dialogue about this with your help!

We are co-hosting a Senior Togetherness Forum that will bring people together to discuss senior loneliness. As the holidays are approaching, this event is right on time to discuss this pressing issue. We ask that you join us on Thursday, October 26th from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at the Fifth Street Senior Center in San Bernardino, CA. It is here where you will engage with a panel of community and health care leaders,  gain access to useful resources, and may even take home a prize by winning in our raffle. Special thanks to CareMore Health for leading this effort!

I encourage you to watch this short video below that captures senior loneliness and I hope to see you there!
